Dr. Maria Andrea Arellano, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist and the associate director of the Bridge OCD Program. She provides therapy for adults with a range of mental health concerns, and specializes in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and OCD-related conditions.
Dr. Arellano completed specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) at the UCLA OCD Adult Intensive Outpatient Program, where she also conducted research examining the relationship between OCD and co-occurring conditions before and after ERP treatment. She is certified through the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) and integrates additional evidence-based approaches alongside ERP to provide individualized care.
